PLATE HEATER FOR VISCOUS PRODUCTS
The Limpet Plate Heater is a 1m x 1.2m microprocessor-controlled heating plate with two heating zones that are used to warm viscous products, such as syrups and fats, usually in plastic pails or small containers. Once the containers are in place, the unit can be covered with an insulated cover. It typically takes only a few hours for the product to achieve the necessary liquidity, so that the containers can be emptied with minimum waste.

There is also a black PVC insulated cover measuring 1.0m x 1.2m x 450mm deep. This has a built-in hinge, so that containers can be removed without having to take off the entire cover and consequently less heat is lost.

Minimum operating temperature: -30°C.
Temperature control: Variable control by a dial on the front of the unit from 0°C to 70°C.
Colour: Black top surface; the remainder is a brushed aluminium finish.
